Washington: 145 employees infected in COVID outbreak at Costco store

A coronavirus outbreak at a Costco store in Yakima County, Washington has infected 145 employees, according to health officials who say it was not an isolated incident. The store, which remains open, employs 383 people. KOMO

Department of Labor ALJ rules airline discriminated against whistleblower pilot

A U.S. Department of Labor administrative law judge in December ruled Delta Air Lines unlawfully discriminated against a pilot by grounding her and referring her for a psychiatric examination by a company doctor who then diagnosed her with bipolar disorder, after the pilot raised concerns about pilot fatigue, pilot training and its safety management system.
