
Brewery argument erupts into workplace fatality
- A contract employee at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Jacksonville, Florida, is dead after an argument with another contractor worker turned deadly.
- Antoine Audry, 22, suffered stab wounds to the chest and was taken to a hospital, where he died.
- Autry was heard screaming that he had been stabbed and saw Jason Guthrie, 36, fleeing the scene. What led to the assault has not yet been established, other that there had been a disagreement.
- Autry and Guthrie were both on their first day of work at the beer plant.

Confidential Settlement Talks in Key Bridge Collapse
- Lawyers for the owner of a ship that hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, and the family of one of the workers killed in the 2024 incident are in settlement talks.
- Dorlian Castillo Cabrera would have turned 27 this year. He was found submerged in his work truck after the cargo ship Dali struck the bridge, collapsing it.
- Cabrera had been part of a crew filling potholes on the bridge when the tragedy occurred.
- The ship’s owner, Grace Ocean Limited, has moved to limit its liability in the case, as has a management company, Synergy Marine. A judge is to rule on the motion in 2026.
