Workers Freed After Being Trapped in Sand Hopper For Two Hours 

Rescue crews successfully extracted a worker who was trapped waist-deep in a sand hopper at a Cockeysville concrete plant. 

The incident took place at a height of nearly 75 feet and necessitated a two-hour technical rescue operation. 

The Baltimore County Fire Department and the Shock Trauma Go-Team employed specialized equipment to reach the individual. 

The worker was safely freed and transported to a medical facility, having sustained only minor injuries.
