NOW HIRING: Full-Time Site Safety Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California
Project: Santa Clara Treatment Plant

Mountain Cascade, Inc. is seeking a qualified Site Safety Manager to join our team full-time on our Santa Clara Treatment Plant project. This is a long-term opportunity for a safety professional with experience in treatment plant operations, confined space entry, and field safety.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and maintain required safety documentation.
  • Monitor confined space entry procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
  • Perform gas testing and atmospheric monitoring as required.
  • Coordinate safety activities with field crews, superintendents, and project management.
  • Identify, report, and help correct unsafe conditions on site.
  • Assist with implementing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable Cal/OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
  • Experience working in treatment plants or similar industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of confined space safety, atmospheric monitoring, and gas testing procedures.
  • Ability to work in the field and communicate effectively with crews and management.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
