Two U.S. representatives have called for an expedited review and inspection of a Tampa lead smelter factory where hundreds of employees reportedly have been exposed over the past decade to high levels of lead and other toxic chemicals. Fed-OSHA still enforcing 4-hour rule for recordkeeping logs
In the past, when Fed-OSHA requested copies of an employer’s OSHA 300 Logs and OSHA 300A Annual Summary forms, it gave employers a few days to produce copies along with other requested non-recordkeeping documents.
