Ireland: Construction site deaths have increased in 2019

Despite a downward trend in fatalities in the Irish construction sector since 2015, this year has seen an increase in deaths, according to Ireland’s Health and Safety Authority. So far in 2019, seven workers have died in workplace accidents, compared with five last year.
