Labor Department sues over firing of employee who publicly questioned COVID safety

The U.S Department of Labor has filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against a heavy-duty truck manufacturer over the 2020 firing of an employee who publicly questioned the’s safety procedures to protect employees from COVID-19 infections at a Denton, Texas, plant.
