Employee killed in accident at Michigan plant
A 37-year-old employee died following an industrial accident at an auto parts plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan last Wednesday. According to an initial report obtained by a local news station, the employee suffered fatal injuries while adjusting a sensor on a plastic welding machine, causing the machine to cycle while he was reaching through the access door, crushing him.
