IOSH finds violations after chemical spills at Des Moines freight facility

IOSH has fined FedEx Freight nearly $25,000 for three alleged serious violations found at a Des Moines facility after an employee reportedly punctured a bulk container of formic acid, which can cause difficulty breathing, nausea, coughing and other health issues.
