New York tree-trimmer dies in freak accident
A 21-year-old Lake Huntington, New York employee of a tree-trimming contractor was killed a week ago when several 50 to 100 pound mud mats fell off a cherry picker truck and landed on him. Paper product falls from forklift, fatally striking Florida employee
An employee died in an industrial accident at a warehouse on Blount Island, Florida, on Friday, according to law enforcement, when paper product fell from a pallet on a forklift that was moving approximately 500 pounds of it, striking him and causing a major head injury. Illinois lawmaker urges grain bin safety
Illinois state Sen. Patrick Joyce, who serves as chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee, is trying to raise awareness of Grain Bin Safety Week among his constituents .
