Long Island employer fined more than $1M after fatal fall

Fed-OSHA has fined a Long Island company more than $1 million following to the death of a a 56-year-old employee, who died after falling 18 feet through an unsecured skylight, while working at a Town of Oyster Bay facility last August. Teen killed in Florida warehouse accident was following stepfather’s career path

Family members this week identified the 18-year-old who died in an industrial accident in a warehouse at the Blount Island terminal in Jacksonville, Florida.
