Ohio pharmacy accused of firing whistleblower

The Department of Labor has filed a lawsuit against a Dayton, Ohio pharmacy for allegedly firing a whistleblower employee who raised concerns about alleged hazards and “toxic substances” at the business. The suit claims the chief pharmacist asked the technicians at the pharmacy to submit to polygraph testing to gauge whether they contacted Fed-OSHA. Dayton Daily News

Forklift incident kills New Jersey man
