Texas man identified as victim in fatal Minnesota water tower accident

A 50-year-old man who died Friday afternoon while working on a maintenance project on a water tower in Minnetonka, Minnesota has been identified. Officials say he died of asphyxia when his body became pinned between a cable-hoisted bucket and an elevated walkway on the water tower. KSTP
