Fed-OSHA is recommending vaccinated employees in certain COVID-19 hotspots and high-risk settings wear masks to protect unvaccinated and immunocompromised employees, according to recently updated guidelines. IOSHA finds no violations in restaurant employee’s death

An Indianapolis steakhouse received no citations from Indiana OSHA in connection with the April COVID-19 death of a longtime employee, a 16-year bartender at the restaurant. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 and died April 3, the same day the restaurant announced it was closing temporarily after nine of its employed tested positive. Indianapolis Star
