Georgia: Search for worker in Savannah River deemed recovery

Authorities on Thursday began calling the search for a construction worker who fell into the Savannah River on Wednesday afternoon a recovery mission. Two contract workers on a dock renovation project fell into the river near the Garden City Terminal; one was rescued, and crews worked through the afternoon to search for the other underneath a barge.
